Luke’s class at Pure Motion, Primal Synthesis is all about multi-directional training for mobility and function. Primal Synthesis is for anyone just wanting to live a better life. Whether it is running a marathon, more balance, strength to get up and down stairs, golfing, gardening, or endurance to walk around on vacations, this class delivers. This class is open to ages 18 to 60, and even can have modifications made to it for older individuals. The class is designed to get the most effective workout in the shortest amount of time so you can quit the belief system that you have to be living in the gym and get out and really start living.
A superset is a combination of two different exercises that are performed in the same set, but without any rest between the exercises. Kevin’s workouts are designed to give an intense workout with little break between sets so you get a full body workout in this class.
This class is 40 minutes in length and includes foam rolling, myofascial release techniques, and deep stretching that provides our bodies with an improved healing state. Many people sit at a desk all day, then sit in traffic, then sit on the couch finishing the day leaving our bodies and health unsatisfied. This class is your jump start into good health and overall well-being.
