Corinne — BIO: After moving to San Diego, CA in 1998 and while raising her 3 young sons, Corinne was introduced to and took her very first yoga class. The peace and calm it brought to her was life changing in the way she parents and lives her life.
Corinne joined Akasha Yoga for their 200-Hour YTT at Yoga Jai Ma in San Diego, CA and was blessed to become a certified yoga teacher. She has studied Yoga Nidra with Katya Lovejoy to become a certified Yoga Nidra Healer and also studied Reiki with Michelle Scott-Soth from The Zen Den and is a certified Reiki Master Teacher.
She loves to hike, bike, read, and practices yoga and meditation daily. She is so grateful for all of her mentors and teachers throughout this journey and wishes to share all she has learned with YOU.

8:30-9:30 AM Vinyasa Flow – All Levels: This class focuses on the union of breath and movement. The breath acts as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. Expect to move with your breath and focus your attention; this well balanced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and your breath; modifications always welcome.
9:45-10:45 AM Yoga Nidra – No Experience Necessary/All Levels Welcome: Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep and is a guided meditation practice. This ancient practice has been found to reduce tension, anxiety and insomnia. Following the gentle yoga practice is the guided meditation where you will follow along to the teacher’s cues bringing your attention to different points in the body. This class will help you relax the physical body while helping to quiet the mind and calm the nervous system. Come offer yourself an hour of self-care and watch stress and tension melt away!
