We specialize in weight loss, flexibility, toning and strength training. Pure Motion’s Group Training program is a “Semi-Private/Small Group” Personal Trainer-led workout that provides a total body fitness solution through an innovative 40 minute “cardio-resistance, functionally integrated, dynamic exercise session”. All Group Training sessions combine the disciplines of Resistance Training, cardiovascular/Aerobic Exercise, and Functional Exercise into a high energy, fun and time-efficient workout. The results are amazing!

Kevin Moses - Pure Motion Fitness

Kevin Moses-Owner, BS, CSCS, FDN, CMTA

Kevin Moses has been following his fitness passion for the past 25 years.  Exercise changed his life forever at a young age, this is why he loves sharing his passion with others to help inspire and motivate them to make health changes that last a lifetime.

Kevin graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a degree in Exercise Science.  He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He is the owner of Pure Motion Fitness, which specializes in small group training and is located in Rancho Bernado area.

In his spare time he enjoys sports, gardening, listening to podcasts and is a father of a 2 year old boy that keeps him on his toes.

Kathy Meier, NASM-CPT

Kathy is a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has been in the fitness industry for 3 decades.

Kathy’s primary goals are to help clients become structurally sound, improve functional movement and help them meet their personal goals.  She personally makes adjustments for individuals with physical challenges from past injuries, current complications and the joys of ageing.

Kathy specializes in helping women 40+ address the challenges of the ageing process.  She looks forward to personally meeting you and helping develop the workout plan that best fits your needs.  She provides group training classes as well as private personal training in North County.

Robert Keller - M.S CSCS - Pure Motion Fitness

Robert Keller M.S., CSCS

Robert earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from Cal State San Marcos in 2010, was named the Outstanding Student of that graduating class, and completed the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Robert’s expertise lies in addressing movement compensations that typically result in chronic pain and loss of function, utilizing a highly targeted approach to improving strength, mobility, and balance.

In addition to serving the Rancho Bernardo community at Pure Motion, Robert is also an adjunct faculty member in Kinesiology at his Alma Mater, Cal State San Marcos.

Cathie Sandison 2 - ACE-CPT - Pure Motion Fitness

Cathie Sandison ACE-CPT

With over 30 years of fitness experience, I am PASSIONATE about sharing my knowledge. I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer, with specializations in Fitness Nutrition and Orthopedic Exercise.

I am CPR, AED and First Aid certified. In addition, I teach BOSU, TRX, Indoor Cycling, Circuit Training, Pump, Core, Battle Ropes, Agility Drills and Myofascial Release and Stretch.

Eating healthfully and being physically fit is key to a healthy lifestyle. I will motivate you to achieve goals that you may have never dreamed possible. I work with clients of ALL ages and fitness levels. I am encouraging, patient and I truly care about my clients. Today is the day!
