Summer Exercise Tips:
1. Drink plenty of liquids
2. If you have pool access, swimming is a great alternative when its hot.
3. Know your limits and wear light clothes.
4. Exercise in the early morning or later in the evening
5. Get a neck cooling towel
If you’re feeling: light headed, rapid breathing, nausea, headaches etc–stop immediately and drink plenty of water.
Kevin Moses has been following his fitness passion for the past 25 years. Exercise changed his life forever at a young age, this is why he loves sharing his passion with others to help inspire and motivate them to make health changes that last a lifetime.
Kevin graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a degree in Exercise Science. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is the owner of Pure Motion Fitness, which specializes in small group training and is located in Rancho Bernado area.
In his spare time he enjoys sports, gardening, listening to podcasts and is a father of a 2 year old boy that keeps him on his toes.
